Patty Discs provide a non-stick barrier between burger patties.
Patty Discs are thin, food-safe sheets, usually made from cellophane or wax paper, designed for direct contact with food, providing a non-stick barrier between burger patties, allowing for easy stacking, storage and separation when frozen or refrigerated. They make it easier to handle, pack and maintain the shape of fresh burger patties.
