Baking Paper & Silicone Baking Paper
Ideal for baking cookies or cakes and for roasting as it is safe to use
in an oven up to 220 - 240°C.
A heat-resistant, non-stick (parchment) paper used to line baking trays, preventing food from sticking because it is silicone-coated (no need to grease paper or tin). Clean-up is much easier. Baking Paper can also be used in microwave ovens, air fryers and sandwich presses.
Wrapping food in Baking Paper for storage prevents moisture loss and preserves freshness.
Silicone Baking Paper is a type of Baking Paper with slight performance differences.

Baking Paper vs Greaseproof Paper
Baking Paper is coated with a thin layer of silicone to make it non-stick, grease- and moisture-resistant and able to handle heat.
The silicone layer makes it stronger and far more heat-tolerant than greaseproof paper.
Greaseproof Paper is coated with a wax layer, giving it a smooth, slightly glossy surface.
The wax makes it moisture-resistant but melts and burns under high temperatures.

This paper is resistant to oil or grease leakage.
It is a versatile food packaging material designed to preserve the freshness of various food items.
Perfect to line food trays, baskets or boats and for wrapping take-away burgers/sandwiches.
